Prohibited activity

Do not use Bindfort materials or access for unauthorized scanning, exploitation, malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, abuse, denial of service, evasion, or bypassing technical controls.

Authorization required

Only submit MCP server lists, lockfiles, package metadata, logs, or systems that you are authorized to test or disclose. Do not send third-party confidential data without permission.

Defensive use

Bindfort research and tooling direction are intended for defensive security, audit evidence, vendor-risk review, and authorized testing.

Enforcement

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where activity appears abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with this policy.
