Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Bindfort collects through this website, product evaluation workflows, research contact forms, and design-partner conversations.

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Who controls the data

Bindfort is the controller for personal data collected through bindfort.com and direct product or research communications. Contact: privacy@bindfort.com.

Data we collect

We may collect contact details, company name, role, message content, MCP server lists, package metadata or lockfiles that you choose to send, website request metadata, and operational records needed to respond to requests or run a guided evaluation. Interactive planning tools, such as the agent orchestrator, process the objective and context you enter only to generate a result in your session and do not retain that input. Do not send secrets, credentials, personal data from production systems, or customer data unless a written agreement is in place.

Why we use it and legal basis

We use personal data to respond to requests, run security or product evaluations, provide requested materials, improve the site, protect the service, and maintain business records. Depending on the context, the legal basis may be your request or consent, steps before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or legal obligations.

Retention

We keep contact and evaluation records only as long as needed for the purpose collected, follow-up, dispute prevention, security review, or legal recordkeeping. Research inputs used for a free audit are kept only as long as needed to prepare and discuss the report unless you ask us to retain them for a pilot or support workflow.

Processors and transfers

We may use infrastructure, email, analytics, repository, and cloud hosting providers as processors or service providers. Where data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we use appropriate contractual or technical safeguards where required.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to request portability or withdraw consent. You may also complain to a data protection authority. To exercise rights, contact privacy@bindfort.com.
